A little-known French rapper who caused a furore in France this week with a music video called "Hang White People" has been ordered to face trial on charges of inciting violence, legal sources said Friday.

The Paris prosecutor's office on Wednesday opened an investigation into a little known French rapper who shot to social media fame with a video called "Hang white people".

The seats are comfortable, laid back with headrests like in a dentist's office. The walls are padded and white, and there are handles all over the place so that the floating astronauts can hang on like people riding the subway.

Ram Singh was the driver of the white, private bus - used as a school bus on weekdays - in which six men brutally gang-raped a 23-year-old medical student on the evening of Sunday, December 16, 2012.
