Filmmaker Onir, known for his film My Brother Nikhil starring Juhi Chawla and Sanjay Suri is ready to release his second movie Bas Ek Pal in the month of September. However, even before his second venture hits the screens, Onir has expressed his desire to work with Hrithik Roshan for his next film.

Producer Anuradha Prasad of B.A.G. Films Ltd. launched the music of her first feature film ZINDAGGI ROCKS at a glittering event on August 23 at Taj Lands End, Bandra. The event witnessed a stunning performance by Sushmita Sen. She entered with a bang to the tunes of 'Humko Choone Paas Aayiye' and pulled Shiney Ahuja on stage so that the duo could rule the show together. The guitar, which has been used throughout the film, was used for live performance and the audiences couldn't have enough of it.

Not many know that DON is among the few Bollywood flicks to boast of Hollywood technicians, which explains its young, slick and stylish look on the telly-tube these days. For the Special Effects Supervision & 2nd Unit Direction, producer Ritesh Sidhwani and director Farhan Akhtar roped in Angelo Sahin, who is behind major American films like Scooby Doo, Mission: Impossible II and Ghost Ship.

Ravi Chopra has almost finished Baabul. The film has a huge star cast which includes Amitabh Bachchan, Hema Malini, Salman Khan, Rani Mukherjee, John Abraham and Om Puri. But even before the release of Baabul, Ravi Chopra has moved on to his next project Bhootnath. This time however, as a producer. Ravi Chopra will be producing a film starring Amitabh Bachchan and Juhi Chawla. The story of the film revolves around a man and a child.

Shah Rukh Khan will now be the board member of Jet Airways. Jet Chairman Naresh Goyal seems to have planned to add some glamour to his airline which incidentally has been in news for wrong reasons lately. The airline has suffered major losses due the failing of a meager deal with Air Sahara. Also, one of its employees is said to be a suspect in the recent Heathrow bomb blast plan which was unfolded by British Police.

Two Bachchan Sr. starrers are expected to clash on December 8: EKLAVYA – THE ROYAL GUARD and BAABUL. Initially, the producer of EKLAVYA, Vidhu Vinod Chopra, had zeroed in on the date, but Ravi Chopra too has confirmed December 8 for BAABUL. Will two Bachchan starrers make it on one Friday, like it happened in the past [KHAKEE and AETBAAR opened on the same date]?
