While the internet has been abuzz with the recently released teaser, with mixed opinions flowing in, there's another trend that has also caught our attention. Fans have shared AI-imagined pictures of Ranveer Singh as Lord Rama and they are indeed impressive.

Internet Reactions

Fans flooded the comments section as they admired the AI pictures of Ranveer Singh as Lord Rama.

One person wrote, "Wow! Mere Ram! @RanveerOfficial would have nailed the Lord Rama character."

Another user commented, "Not gonna lie - he fits the face cut and, knowing his acting range, would have been a better fit."

On the contrary, a Hrithik Roshan fan wrote, "Not gonna lie - he fits the face cut and, knowing his acting range, would have been a better fit." (Note: This appears to be a duplicate; consider verifying if it should reference Hrithik instead.)

Other comments read, "A better choice imo. A younger, youthful appearance" and "#RanveerSingh would make the perfect Maryada Purushottam Rama."

One fan mentioned, "He would've done it well. And yes, he would've pulled it off. It would've been a sincere portrayal. But I think he would've been great as Ravana. He is a very good actor and is at that age that he can pull off any character. He is even good enough for Indrajit."

When A Fan Praised Ranbir Kapoor For Dhurandhar 2 At Ramayana Event

A funny incident took place when a fan at the New York Ramayana event congratulated Ranbir Kapoor, saying he loved his performance in Dhurandhar.

Revealing what took place and how Ranbir Kapoor responded to being mistaken as the lead in Dhurandhar, an X user, Vishal Misra, shared a selfie with the Brahmastra star actor.

He captioned it, "I told him I loved his work in Dhurandhar and he started saying 'No, that is a different Ranveer...' before @niteshtiwari22 cut him off and told him I was pulling his leg with the Dream11 ad! The ad - one in a series of brilliant ads Nitesh made for @harshjain85 and @Dream11."

When another X user asked him about Ranbir Kapoor's reaction, Vishal Misra said, "He paused, said 'oh' and started laughing."

Ramayana has been made on a staggering budget of Rs 4,000 crore.

Speaking to Prakhar Gupta, producer Namit Malhotra revealed, "When we set out to make this six or seven years ago, people thought I was a lunatic because no Indian film comes close to this scale. Put simply, the budget will be around $500 million for both parts combined, which is over Rs 4,000 crore."

The film is set to be released in two parts, with the first instalment scheduled for worldwide release in October 2026, ahead of Diwali, while the second part is slated for Diwali 2027.

Apart from Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi, Sunny Deol, Ravi Dubey, and Yash play pivotal roles in the film.
