For the 2019 Lok Sabha polls, all 26 constituencies in Gujarat went to polls in a single phase on April 23. Navsari has seven assembly segments under it, namely Limbayat, Udhna, Majura, Choryasi, Jalalpore, Navsari and Gandevi.

About Navsari

In the 2014 general elections, CR Patil of the BJP won the Navsari Lok Sabha constituency with a massive margin of 5,58,116. Mr Patil had got 8,20,831 votes, while his closest opponent, Maksud Mirzat of the Congress got 2,62,715 votes.

In the 2009 general elections, CR Patil was elected from the Navsari Lok Sabha constituency. He defeated Dhansukh Rajput of the Congress.

For the 2019 general elections, the candidates contesting are Dharmeshbhai Bhimbhai Patel of the Congress, CR Patil of the BJP, Vineeta Aniruddh Sinh of the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP), Amrutham Narsaiya Papaiah from Pyramid Party of India, Kanubhai Khadadiya from Socialist Unity Centre of India (Communist) and Javadkhan Pathan from Yuva Sarkar. There are 25 candidates who are contesting from this seat.

Navsari Lok Sabha constituency has seven assembly segments under it, namely Limbayat, Udhna, Majura, Choryasi, Jalalpore, Navsari and Gandevi.

The Navsari Lok Sabha constituency was formed after the 2008 delimitation process of the parliamentary constituencies in India.
