The 2019 Lok Sabha elections in Gujarat's Bharuch constituency was held on April 23, 2019. Bharuch is one of the 26 Lok Sabha constituencies in Gujarat.

In the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, Mansukhbhai Dhanjibhai Vasava of the BJP was elected with 5,48,902 votes. Congress's Jayeshbhai Ambalalbhai Patel received 3,95,629 votes. The overall margin between the two candidates was 1,53,273.

In 2009, the winner for the Lok Sabha elections was Jayeshbhai Ambalalbhai Patel who was contesting on a BJP ticket. He had received 3,11,019 votes, while Congress's Umerji Ahmed Ugharatdar had received 2,83,787 votes.

In 1977, 1980 and 1984 Congress's Ahmedbhai Mohmadbhai Patel won the elections. In 1989 BJP's Chandubhai Shambhaiwas Deshmukh was elected the constituency. In 1991, 1996 and 1998 BJP's Chandubhai Deshmukh won the elections.

BJP's Mansukhabhai Vasava won the elections in 1999 with 2,90,195 votes. He also won the election in 2004.

BJP's Mansukhbhai Dhanjibhai Vasava, BSP's Vasava Rajeshbhai Chimanbhai and Congress's Sherkhan Abdulsakur Pathan are contesting the 2019 Lok Sabha elections against each other. There are some independent candidates as well.

Bharuch Lok Sabha constituency consists of Karjan, Dediapada, Jambusar, Vagra, Jhagadiya, Bharuch and Ankleswar assembly segments.
