The Journey

Leadership to a Future-Ready Media Network

Our journey began in 1988 as India's first independent television news network. Over decades, the network-built leadership in broadcast journalism and digital-first storytelling.

The acquisition by the Adani Group in 2022 marked the beginning of our next chapter, a decisive shift from legacy leadership to future-readiness.

This transformation is unfolding in an AI-shaped media environment where instant discovery and summaries are changing how audiences consume content, especially in lifestyle and infotainment. Our strategy reimagines storytelling, trust, and experiences beyond traditional platforms.
