We continued to invest in building a workplace that supports well-being, encourages learning and creates opportunities for employees to grow and thrive.
We introduced an in-house crèche under #NDTVCares, supporting working parents by allowing children (up to 14 years) to visit or stay during the day. This initiative reinforces our commitment to employee well-being and work-life balance.
We prioritise the physical and mental well-being of our employees through a range of initiatives. We rolled out mental health sessions, stress management workshops, and counselling services, along with wellness-focussed engagements such as Women’s Day celebrations.
To further support employee health, a dedicated medical room is operational at our workplace to provide immediate medical assistance. We also conduct annual health check-ups to encourage preventive healthcare and overall well-being.
We provide essential workplace facilities to ensure employee comfort and convenience. Canteen services are available for employees working early morning shifts, ensuring access to meals during working hours.
We remain committed to fostering a respectful and inclusive work environment. We continued our POSH training sessions, led by certified experts, to reinforce awareness, sensitivity, and adherence to workplace conduct standards across the organisation.
We continue to strengthen employee capabilities through structured learning initiatives, including AI Copilot training for all employees and specialised Anchors Training programmes.
We enhanced our onboarding experience through LOOP, and built leadership capabilities through the Young Managers Programme. In addition, PI behavioural assessments were conducted to improve managerial effectiveness and support leadership development.
