Tata Motors recently launched the Adventure X and the Adventure X Plus variant of the Harrier in the Indian market. This was the brand's attempt to streamline the variant lineup of the SUV for consumers. At the time, NDTV Auto reported that the brand is going to do the same with other trim levels of the SUV, as well. Now, the change has taken effect, and the variant lineup of the Harrier has seen a major revision with the removal of some of the trims. With these changes in place, the prices of Harrier start at Rs 15 lakh (ex-showroom).

To begin with, Tata Motors has eliminated Smart (O), Pure, Pure+, Adventure, Adventure+, Fearless, and Fearless+ variants of the Harrier. Hence, the SUV now gets only 12 variants. The list includes Smart, Pure X, Pure X Dark, Adventure X, Adventure X Dark, Adventure X+, Adventure X+ Dark, Fearless X, Fearless X Dark, Fearless X+, Fearless X+ Dark, and Fearless X+ Stealth. Tata Harrier Smart

The Tata Harrier Smart variant offers a seven-inch digital cockpit for a modern driving experience and 17-inch alloy wheels. For Safety, it gets six airbags, ABS with EBD, ESP, roll-over mitigation, traction control, and corner stability control.

Comfort features include automatic climate control, tilt- and telescopic-adjustable steering with an illuminated logo, and AC vents for the second row. The list also includes a Bi-LED projector headlamps, LED DRLs, turn indicators, tail lights, and a seat belt reminder system. Practical touches include 60:40 split second-row seats, adjustable headrests in both rows, front-row cup holders, reverse parking sensors, brake disc wiping, hill start assist, and an electric tailgate release.

Tata Harrier Pure X

The Pure X variant elevates comfort and tech with Ash Grey fabric upholstery and a panoramic sunroof. It features a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster and a 360-degree camera for enhanced visibility. Convenience is boosted with cruise control, automatic headlamps, rain-sensing wipers, and electrically adjustable ORVMs with auto-fold.

There are also elements like wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, voice commands, and USB Type-A and Type-C ports in both rows. The cabin includes a front armrest with storage, a four-way height-adjustable driver seat, four speakers, push-button start with remote key, rear wiper and washer, a shark-fin antenna, roof rails, and paddle shifters (available in the AT variant).

Tata Harrier Pure X Dark

This variant adds a bold aesthetic with 18-inch black alloy wheels, a Blackstone interior theme, and exclusive #Dark badging, giving it a distinctive look.

Tata Harrier Adventure X

Adventure X brings rugged refinement with leatherette interiors and a powered driver's seat. It supports multiple drive modes: City, Sport, and Eco, as well as trail response modes like Normal, Rough, and Wet. Entertainment is provided by six speakers, while convenience is enhanced with a 45W USB Type-C charging port, rear defogger, rear parcel tray, and front seat back pockets.

Tata Harrier Adventure X Dark

This variant mirrors the Adventure X's features but adds a stealthy flair with 18-inch black alloy wheels, a Blackstone interior theme, and #Dark badging.

Tata Harrier Adventure X+

The Adventure X+ introduces advanced safety with ADAS featuring 12 functionalities. It also includes an electronic parking brake (EPB) with auto-hold and ESP with a driver doze-off alert system, making long drives safer and more intuitive.

Tata Harrier Adventure X+ Dark

This variant carries forward the Adventure X+ features with the signature #Dark styling, including 18-inch black alloy wheels and a Blackstone interior theme.

Tata Harrier Fearless X

The Fearless X variant is tech-rich, featuring a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system paired with a nine-speaker JBL music system. It rides on 18-inch alloy wheels and offers ventilated front seats and a powered driver's seat with welcome and memory functions. Rear passengers enjoy winged comfort headrests, sun blinds, and a rear armrest with cup holders. The vehicle also includes front and rear connected lights, sequential turn indicators, wireless charging, ambient lighting, TPMS, a smart key, auto-dimming IRVM, and a follow-me-home headlamp function.

Tata Harrier Fearless X Dark

This variant enhances the Fearless X with 19-inch black alloy wheels, a Blackstone interior theme, and #Dark badging for a more aggressive and premium look.

Tata Harrier Fearless X+

The Fearless X+ is packed with features including a Level 2 ADAS suite with 20 functionalities and a 10-speaker JBL music system. Safety is further improved with a knee airbag and gesture-controlled powered tailgate.

Comfort features include a four-way powered co-driver seat, iRA connected car technology, an air purifier with AQI display, and a terrain response mode selector with display. It also offers welcome and goodbye animations on LED light bars, LED fog lights with cornering function, rear fog light, front parking sensors, hill descent control, a cooled front armrest, and remote AC on/off functionality (AT only).

Tata Harrier Fearless X+ Dark

This variant retains all the advanced features of the Fearless X+ while embracing the #Dark design language with 19-inch black alloy wheels and a Blackstone interior theme.

Tata Harrier Fearless X+ Stealth

The Stealth edition stands out with a matte Stealth Black paint job, a unique Stealth badge, and 19-inch matte black alloy wheels. Inside, it features a Carbon Noir interior theme and includes the Arcade app store, sliding armrest, Alexa Home2Car connectivity, and inbuilt Map My India navigation. It also boasts ADAS with 22 key features (AT only), making it the most tech-forward and visually striking variant in the lineup.
