There are two Indian brands working hard to bring innovative products to the Indian audience's disposal - Tata Motors and Mahindra. The former has recently launched the first-ever Indigenous AWD electric SUV, Harrier EV. On the other hand, Mahindra showcased its capability in the form of BE 6 and XEV 9E. While both of these SUVs are boasting roughly similar numbers for the 0-100 kmph sprint, the real-world results turn out to be different. We haven't done a 0-100 kmph time run for both of these cars next to each other, but someone has. The video embedded below shows the Harrier EV racing against the XEV 9E.

The video was uploaded on YouTube, and it seems to have been shot during the Harrier EV's Quad Day exercise. This is where the company showcased the electric Harrier's off-roading capabilities. In fact, Tata Motors took participants on a taxi lap at the Buddh International Circuit, showcasing the SUV's handling and acceleration capabilities. Nevertheless, in the video here, the Harrier EV can be seen zooming past the XEV 9E in the drag race.
