The Skoda Slavia has undergone its first facelift after three and a half years in the market. This mid-cycle update brings minor cosmetic revisions, new equipment, and the addition of a fresh trim level. Positioned in the midsize sedan category, the updated Slavia continues to compete directly with the Volkswagen Virtus, Honda City, and Hyundai Verna.
Skoda Slavia Exterior Updates
The facelifted Skoda Slavia introduces several exterior updates while retaining its familiar proportions. At the front, the sedan now features a redesigned bumper with a chrome-finished trim strip and compact LED fog lamps. The grille continues with its existing shape, though the chrome surround has been replaced by black bars. The headlamp housing remains unchanged, but the internal elements and daytime running signatures have been revised.

Along the side, the silhouette and dimensions are identical to the earlier model, complemented by newly designed 16-inch alloy wheels with a bold two-tone finish. At the rear, the tail-lamp housings are carried over, but the LED internals have been updated. The boot lid now incorporates plastic trim with "SKODA" lettering, while two new colour options: Arctic Silver and Cappuccino Beige, expand the palette.
Retains Key Features With Added Comfort
The facelifted Skoda Slavia introduces notable updates to its cabin while retaining several key features from the previous model. The seats are now finished in fully beige leatherette upholstery with a new pattern, replacing the earlier beige-and-black dual-tone design.

The dashboard has been upgraded with a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, an improvement over the earlier 8-inch unit. The infotainment system has grown slightly to 10.1 inches and now integrates a built-in AI assistant powered by Google Cloud, along with a feed from the newly added 360-degree camera.
Rear passengers benefit from outer seats equipped with a massage function, enhancing comfort. Features such as a cooled glove box, ventilated front seats, electric sunroof, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, automatic climate control, LED ambient lighting, six airbags, electronic stability control, hill-hold assist, and a tyre-pressure monitoring system continue to be offered with the facelifted model.

Engine Line-Up Unchanged
The facelifted Skoda Slavia continues with the same engine line-up as its predecessor. The 1.0-litre TSI engine produces 115 hp and 178 Nm, offered with a 6-speed manual transmission or a newly introduced 8-speed torque-converter automatic. The larger 1.5-litre TSI engine delivers 150 hp and 250 Nm, paired exclusively with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.

In addition to the existing trims Classic, Signature, Sportline, Prestige, and Monte Carlo, a new Classic+ trim has been introduced, positioned between Classic and Signature.

The sedan continues to hold its position in the midsize segment, competing directly with the Volkswagen Virtus, Honda City, and Hyundai Verna.
