Ferrari has unveiled the HC25, a one-off supercar created under the brand's Special Projects division. The bespoke model made its public debut during Ferrari Racing Days at the Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas, and is based on the F8 Spider platform. The Ferrari HC25 has been designed for a single client and developed by the Ferrari Design Studio under the leadership of chief design officer Flavio Manzoni.
The Ferrari HC25 is particularly significant because it is built on the F8 Spider, which was Ferrari's last open-top model powered by a non-hybrid twin-turbo V8 engine. According to Ferrari, the HC25 acts as a bridge between the styling of older mid-engined V8 Ferraris and the company's latest design direction seen on models like the Ferrari F80 and Ferrari 12Cilindri.
Visually, the Ferrari HC25 gets completely redesigned bodywork with a sharper and more futuristic appearance compared to the standard F8 Spider. One of the standout elements is the glossy black section running across the middle of the car, integrating the radiator intakes and cooling outlets while visually separating the front and rear sections. Ferrari has also added a unique arrow-inspired design flowing from the rear haunches toward the doors and rear screen.

At the front, the Ferrari HC25 debuts slim bespoke headlamps with vertically arranged boomerang-shaped DRLs, marking the first time Ferrari has used a vertical DRL setup on a road-going model. The rear section features slim LED tail-lamps, a redesigned carbon fibre diffuser and twin trapezoidal exhaust outlets. The one-off supercar is finished in a matt Moonlight Grey shade and rides on custom five-spoke alloy wheels.
Inside, the Ferrari HC25 retains the F8 Spider's cabin layout but gets a fresh grey-and-yellow theme. Yellow highlights can be seen on the seats, dashboard, and stitching, inspired by Ferrari's iconic logo and brake calipers. The interior also carries the same boomerang graphics seen in the DRLs.

Powering the Ferrari HC25 is a 3.9-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine producing 720 hp and 770 Nm, paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox sending power to the rear wheels. Ferrari claims the HC25 can sprint from 0-100kmph in 2.9 seconds, hit 200kmph in 8.2 seconds, and achieve a top speed of 340kmph.
