Renault India has rolled out the 2026 Triber, bringing fresh updates to its popular compact MPV. As per the manufacturer, the model now offers enhanced features and better practicality. It is aimed at consumers looking for a spacious MPV on a budget. Furthermore, it enjoys a unique position in the market, with the only direct competition coming from its sibling, Nissan Gravite.
Pricing and Variants
The refreshed Triber comes in four variants: Authentic, Evolution, Techno, and Emotion. Prices start at Rs 5.80 lakh for the base Authentic and go up to Rs 8.48 lakh (ex-showroom) for the top Emotion trim. Renault has added value mainly to entry and mid-level trims. This pricing keeps the Triber competitive in the sub-4m MPV segment.
Key Interior Updates
Inside the cabin, most of the things remain the same, but with a few changes. The car now sports a dual-tone dashboard and a floating 8-inch touchscreen with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support. A redesigned centre console improves usability for daily drives.

Variant-Wise Additions
The brand has also expanded the list of features for the MPV. This comes in the form of features in the Evolution variant, which gains steering-mounted controls, a day/night IRVM, and a rear cabin lamp. Meanwhile, the Techno variant includes a driver armrest, height-adjustable seat, rear defogger, third-row power socket, front tweeters, and powered ORVMs. Moving up the ladder, the Emotion trim introduces segment-first automatic climate control. These additions make higher variants more appealing without major price hikes.
Powertrain
Power comes from the unchanged 1.0-litre three-cylinder petrol engine, which produces 72 hp of power and 96 Nm of peak torque, paired with a 5-speed manual or AMT on the top variant.
