As Carnatic musicians are divided over the Sangita Kalanidhi award for vocalist and Magsaysay award winner TM Krishna and some have decided to withdraw from the Music Academy, is there a need for dialogue amongst artists rather than refraining from sharing a stage or the annual music conference?
