A businessman in Guwahati has developed an amphibious bicycle that can move on dry surface as well as in water. Kanak Gogoi likes to innovate with scrap metal, and his latest innovation seems to have been inspired by the water-logged streets of Guwahati, after he fell from his bicycle last monsoons.
