The search for Ratan Tata's successor has ended. Cyrus Mistry, board member of Tata Sons, will succeed Ratan Tata next year. The selection committee is said to have met 18 times before announcing the succession plan. 43-year-old Mistry will work with Ratan Tata for a year as Deputy Chairman before taking over.
