Former India off-spinner and BJP politician Kirti Azad has slammed Delhi and District Cricket Association officials for violating rules on submission of entertainment tax to the state government. He feels Delhi should be punished by the BCCI and Kotla should not be given the right to host the fourth Test between India and South Africa, scheduled in the Capital from December 3.
