It attempts to solve them in a unique manner, which is by sharing their problems on social networking sites and requesting readers to call up the concerned officials till the problem is solved. The team at Mojolab foundation which runs this voice portal is also experimenting to bring down cost of the broadcasting as they aspire to democratise the media by giving the freedom to the communities to own the broadcasting units and report their own problems.
