Two days before crucial voting on all 230 seats in Madhya Pradesh and on 70 seats in Chhattisgarh, the BJP's biggest mascot Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on a mission. The objective is to woo the crucial Tribal votes in the poll-bound states. The Prime Minister on Wednesday visited the native village of tribal icon Birsa Munda in Jharkhand's Khunti on his birth anniversary and launched a welfare scheme for the tribal community. While these mega-events may be happening in Jharkhand, the target audience is the Tribal voters in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan. Will the Prime Minister's Tribal outreach pay electoral dividends in the upcoming state elections?
