Cyrus Pallonji Mistry will succeed Ratan Tata at the helm of Tata Sons. He's been appointed Deputy Chairman and will work with Mr Tata for one year, before taking over. Mr Mistry was a director of Tata Sons and Tata Elxsi (India).
