There are shoot at sight orders in the Kandhmal district of Orissa where 20 people have been killed in communal clashes. The trouble began after the murder of senior VHP leader Swami Lakhsmanada Saraswati. What followed were assaults on churches and Christians across the district, including a young woman who was burnt alive.
