PDP has suspended a party MLA after the Jammu and Kashmir High Court directed the CBI to take action against several people including a state minister, legislators and five senior police officers, in the Srinagar sex scandal case. Earlier in the day the CBI was pulled up by the court for not taking action against all those involved in the scandal.
