In the suspected murder of 15-year-old Scarlett Keeling, her mother Fiona Macewon has written to the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. In an appeal addressed to the prime minister, the home minister and the Chairman of the Human Rights commission among others, Keeling's mother has demanded that those responsible for murdering her daughter should be arrested.
