The family of British teenager Scarlett Keeling has demanded a CBI probe into her death, saying they have lost faith in the Goa police. Fifteen-year-old Scarlett was found dead on February 18 on a Goa beach. Samsung D'souza, one of the men seen with Scarlett shortly before she died, was arrested on Sunday. This is the first arrest in the case.
