Rahul Gandhi has kicked off his 'Discover India' tour on Friday with a visit to the Kalahandi district in Orissa. The Congress General Secretary met tribals to show solidarity with their protest against the bauxite mining in the state. He will address a rally in Bhavani Patna, the district HQs of Kalahandi.
