Alistair Pereira killed seven people and injured another seven - all construction workers - with his Toyota Corolla in a hit-and-run accident on the night of November 12, 2006, on Carter Road at Bandra. A test revealed that the alcohol quantity in Alistair's blood was twice the permitted limit.
