Ahead of this New Year's eve, the Mumbai police has issued new diktats for public gatherings. The police has said that public celebrations will be restricted only till soon after midnight. Not only will gatherings in Mumbai be restricted till half past twelve, but the police also say they will segregate single men from single women.
