The Modi Cabinet is going to be expanded on Friday to include new ministers who will take oath at a function in Gandhinagar.Seven ministers in the previous BJP government, including the Revenue and Urban Development ministers, lost in the recent assembly elections. The Modi government came back to power winning 117 seats in elections held last December.
