Missing Delhi cop resurfaces
Sub Inspector Balbir Singh, who went missing since January 5 last year, has resurfaced. His son Ajay had moved the Delhi High Court after his disappearance.''Balbir Singh came to the police station and he told us that he was kidnapped a year back.
