A man has petitioned the Chhattisgarh High Court asking it to allow his younger son to donate a kidney to his elder brother. It's a fairly common procedure that doesn't require any court intervention. But in this case it does, as the patient Kaushal's younger brother Ghanshyam is mentally challenged.
