Punjab Congress Rift Deepens Ahead Of Leadership Reshuffle
Factional tensions within the Punjab Congress have intensified as senior leaders, including Gurdaspur MP Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa, former Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi, Pargat Singh reportedly held a meeting in Mohali to oppose the continuation of Amarinder Singh Raja Warring as Punjab Congress chief. The meeting came ahead of AICC Punjab in-charge Bhupesh Baghel's visit to Chandigarh amid efforts to resolve the leadership dispute.
