Lamp posts, park gates, flyovers are all glowing in a bright shade of blue and white. Even the Writers' Buildings is lit in blue and white by the night. And believe it or not, the civic authorities have promised a property tax rebate if you agree to paint your house in Mamata's favourite colours.
