Imposing President's Rule in Orissa a tough call

The Centre is considering the imposition of President's rule in Orissa, the governor sent a report to the centre on Monday, but central rule is not going to be easy. "If the Centre feels that the state government has failed to maintain law and order. We expect that the government will take appropriate measures," said Jayanti Natarajan, spokesperson, Congress.
