Peter McGuire, Chief Market Strategist at Fx Global Capital spoke on the impact of China's new rule on loans to local government and reserve requirement ration cut on currency markets as the US dollar softened against the Yuan. Meanwhile, the Euro is also expected to strengthen against dollar on the Greece bailout deal.
