In order to break the Singur deadlock in West Bengal, the Governor Gopalkrishna Gandhi has sent a two-page letter to Mamata Banerjee requesting her to come for talks. The letter comes after Tata Motors issued a statement saying no workers would come to the Nano plant. NDTV has learnt that the Tatas are running out of patience and a decision on whether to pull out of Singur is expected soon.
