Four arrested in Ludhiana blast probe

Two months after a blast at the Shringar cinema in Ludhiana killed 6 people and injured 30 others, the Punjab police claim to have solved the case. Four persons, including the alleged mastermind Gurprit Singh have been arrested and as per the police, belong to the terror outfit Babbar Khalsa International. According to investigations, Gurprit Singh went to Pakistan last year and was trained for about a week in the handling of arms and explosives.
