Polling for the second and final phase of elections to the 65 assembly seats of the 68-members House will be held today.Nearly 324 candidates are in the fray for today's election. These include Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh (Rohru) and BJP's chief ministerial candidate Prem Kumar Dhumal (Bamsan).
