The controversial comment by conservative radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh on college student and women's activist Sandra Fluke has become a political hot-button issue in the run up to the US presidential polls. Mr Limbaugh's remarks on usage of birth control pills has triggered an outrage among women and the Obama camp has seized upon this opportunity. It helps that women played a crucial role in the US President's historic win in 2008.
