One more farmer committed suicide in Orissa after he was threatened with legal action if he failed to repay a loan of Rs 4250, which he never took. This is the third loan-related farmer suicide in the state in the past one year and is likely to become a major political issue when the State Assembly meets for its budget session later this month.
