There are new rules for advertising on Delhi streets but not many seem to know or care. A huge hoarding is on proud display right outside the house of the Mayor of Delhi. What may come as a surprise is the fact that this is illegal and hoardings are not permitted in this residential part of the city, but the Mayor doesn't think that these rules should apply to her.
