The Congress has already done a set of flip-flops over whether or not Sonia Gandhi had attacked Modi directly. In recent development, after a notice from the election commission, there's another flip on the anvil, as on Tuesday, Sonia Gandhi has to give her response to the EC. Reports suggest that this response will claim that her merchant-of-death comment was on the law and order situation in Gujarat and not just Narendra Modi.
