R K Anand, the lawyer turned politician, who was barred from practice for misconduct is now part of the Congress election campaign committee for Delhi - something, the Delhi congress is finding very hard to explain. Delhi Chief Minister Shiela Dikshit says: "This panel has been made by AICC. I cannot comment on it. It is for them to decide what they want to do. He is just one name in there wisdom they have done whatever they have let's see what happens."
