As the country waits for the rain in the sweltering summer, it is desperate search for water in central India in Bundelkhand where women trek miles everyday to fetch water. However, it is the livestock, which is dying by the hundreds of thirst, but there are a few who are fighting to save them. For fifty years, Raghuwar Tewary of Karri village has been calling out to his animal friends to come and drink water. This year, the worsening drought became a test of his enduring love.
