A ten-day-old baby is no more under the loving care of his mother because his parents got married against the wishes of the Kathalri village Panchyat near Karnal in Haryana. The village Panchyat had observed that marriage of Pawan and Kavita was not acceptable as they both belonged to the same Gohtra of Valmikis.
