The police in Harayana and Punjab are on high alert after an attack on the Dera Chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh on Saturday evening. Though the Dera chief escaped unhurt, two of his supporters were injured. On Saturday followers of the Dera Saccha Sauda had blocked National Highway No 1 near Karnal in Haryana to protest against the blast. The block resulted in chaos and traffic congestion.
