What’s the real problem with US economy?

In an exclusive interview with NDTV, Ruchir Sharma, MD, head of emerging markets equity team, Morgan Stanley, says the S&P downgrade is not the fundamental problem with the US economy, now in its terrible twos, but it is weaker than normal recovery. He adds that over the next year the US will go in and out of the negative territory (recession) every now and then in each quarter.
