A day after the fierce encounter of Delhi Police with the terrorists, the special cell has said that 24-year-old Atif was the main Indian Mujahideen man behind the Delhi blasts. The Delhi Police Special Cell has also said that terror group Lashkar and SIMI were involved in the blasts in the Capital on September 13.
