After a high court order in 2002, Delhi has been struggling to remove stray cattle from its streets. The problem has become a common sight on streets of Delhi and has left many drivers begging for help. And all the measures taken by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) have failed miserably. But where Delhi has failed, Faridabad has succeeded and that too, for just Rs 100 per bull!
