The merger and acquisition (M&A) space in infotech is hotting up once again and Wipro this time is shopping in Europe and it is willing to shell out as much as $500 million for its new buy.Wipro is in talks with a European tech company in the utility space, which will be the biggest buyout after it had signed deal with Infocrossing.
