The deadlock on the issue of Tata Motors car plant at Singur continued on Monday as opposition Trinamool Congress rejected West Bengal Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee's fresh offer for talks and stuck to its demand for return of 400 acre to "unwilling" farmers.
