Samajwadi Party leader Amar Singh has struck again and this time the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) may recommend stripping off the crucial export-focused status given to Reliance Industries' refineries in Jamnagar, Gujarat. As India's biggest private firm Reliance Industries inches towards commissioning the world's largest refining complex, Singh may ensure that the two Reliance refineries do not get any export benefits.
